- Operate reward management to reinforce ‘Pay for Performance’
- Participate in compensation/beneft surveys and analysis results for compensation planning
- Assess reporting needs, comparing the current HR reporting offering with business needs and defining required adjustments or new reports
- Assure punctual and sound payment of all employees through the outsourcing payroll company;
- Manage benefit programs across the Company
- Prepare and monitor C&B budgeting

- Over 6 years in the field above.
- Strategic insight of C&B program management and policy
- Strong planning and analytical capability
- Leadership skill
- Strong presentation skills both in Korean and English.
