[Job Responsibility]
- Plan and execute strategic marketing programs towards existing customers from both on-line and off-line.
- Process review and make improvement regarding customer contact and communication.
- Customer-level KPI (Key Performance Indicator) analysis and providing strategic recommendations to Call Center, agency and related parties.
- Identify customer insights through customer surveys and establish action plans with the clear measurement.
- Plan cross-functional marketing activities and cross-sell opportunities maximizing customer value.
- Maintain excellent working relationships with the company, with customers, branches and sales agents.
[SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED ]
- Major in marketing is preferred / MBA degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years experience in marketing, CRM or sales / business consulting experience is a plus / insurance experience is a plus.
- Outstanding communication & analytical skills.
- Fluent Korean & English, both spoken and written.
- Well-organized and quick to learn / Self-motivation / working with multi-units / change management skills
- Multi-tasking skills and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
