- to benchmark and evaluate the progress of the independent research groups
and the institution
- to communicate scientific focus of the institute including to other scientists,
the press, and the members of the government
- to prepare the editorial contests for the press and public relations
- to build and manage a top-flight science and technology team
- over research and development as well as project management
[Requirements]
- 7 ~ 10 years experiences in scientific organization, with at least 5 years in a senior
or executive level R&D position
- life sciences and editorial experience are ideal qualification
- Ability to provide visible leadership for the institute within the relevant science
and technology communities, both locally and worldwide
- Ability to establish scientific and technical standards
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
