Job #226 – Specialist, General Affairs, Planning/Budget (Bilingual – Korean/English)
General Summary:
Ensure that operating costs are maintained by analysis of material inventory, capacity of team member services in regards to processes and procedures, quality assurance impact, labor and materials cost for KMMG
ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES (including but not limited to accountabilities below):
Participate in the preparation of multiple and complex budgets
Collect and analyze data in the support of effective forecasting of revenues and expenditures
Develop justifications for budgetary recommendations
Ensure the timely submission of budgets to management
Review and monitor the financial activity of assigned department budgets
Oversee the collection of data and preparation of financial reports
Analyze reports to determine adherence to established budget
Identify, plan, implement, and evaluate goals, objectives, priorities, and activities within assigned area(s) of responsibility in a manner consistent with the department's overall goals and objectives
Develop strategies for the successful achievement of goals and objectives
Directs and coordinates the implementation of strategies with management
QUALIFICATIONS and JOB REQUIREMENTS (Education, Experience, Competencies):
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field, along with two (2) to five (5) years experience planning and budgeting, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
SPECIALIZED SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED
Bilingual (English/Korean)
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to work in a team environment
