개인사정으로 급하게 현재 Rent하고 있는 a.p.t에 저대신 사실분을 구합니다.
(첫 애기가 생긴 관계로 Sigle Home을 구입하여..)
들어오신다면 첫번째달은 제가 rent비용을 부담할 용이가 있습니다.
Unit은 2009년 5월에 완공된 Brand New이며 시설, 이웃, Location 등 모두 최고입니다.
방이 두개인데 만약 방 하나만 필요하시다고 하면 연락주십시요.
(현재 룸멧이 있는데 정 안되면 룸멧은 이집에 살라구 할려구요..)
시점이나 금액등은 항상 Nego가 가능하니 언제든지 연락주세요.
