- Over 7years of experience in HR field
- Ability to drive organization with changes
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and establish priorities
- Ability to translate business strategy to HR implications and set up HR strategy accordingly
- Knowledge of company business and operation
- Overall HR experience such as recruiting, Compensation, benefit, training, and HRM
