Customer Service Representative

CSR : 삼성전자 가전제품 수리전화 접수 및 서비스 기사 스캐쥴 편성 및 워렌티와 수리기록 관리등을 할 수 있는 인재를 찾습니다.
기본 요구사항:
- 1년 내외 고객응대 관련 직종 경력자 (요식업 제외).
- 개인 운송수단으로 오전 9시까지 출근 가능하신 분.
- 초과 근무 가능하신분(Seasonal).
- Microsoft Excel 프로그램 사용에 익숙하신 분.
- 업무 상 빠른 상황 대처가 가능하신 분.
- 조지아 지역 지리 및 현지인과 원활한 대화가 가능하신 분.

기본 요구사항:
- 전기, 전자 또는 기계관련 직종 경력이 있으신 분.
- Back ground, Drug test 통과가 가능 하신 분 (삼성전자 요구사항)
- 유효한 운전면허증 소지하신 분.

Customer Service Representative
Office location: Norcross, GA
CSR : provide effective customer service to Samsung Home Appliance In/out of warranty customers in a timely manner with accurate and concise information. Schedule and book the service appointment when clients and prospect calls.
Requirements:
- Have 1 year customer service experience (not in the food industry).
- Able to type at least 40 WPM.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- No obligations on getting to work on time (9:00 AM).
- Able to work overtime.
- Must have some experience in using excel (Our database is Excel mostly).
- Able to work using 2 or 3 monitors at one time.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to handle high call volume.
- Be able to input accurate data entry
- Familiar with Georgia Area and using Google maps.
Training is provided as well, however they need to meet these requirements to be considered for training.
Field Engineer /Technician

Field Engineer/ Technician ? Perform in-home diagnose and repair all Samsung major appliances and TVs. We are seeking a dedicated team player who is able to ensure fast, flexible, and expert service to customer.
Requirements:
- Have some experience in mechanical and electrical hands on work.
- Not afraid to get dirty.
- Must pass a back ground, driver, drug test (required by SAMSUNG ELECTRNICS)
- Must possess a valid driver’s license.
- Have reliable transportation to and from work (We provide company cars during work hours)
- If Technician uses personal car, we provide traveling mileage.
- If possible also have EPA type 1 certification.
- Must be able to speak English in order to communicate with our clients.
- Must be able to read and write clearly.
- Able to work reasonable overtime.
- We provide company mobile phone.
