Dear Bethel,
Who is the Greatest? When a ship/vessel is sinking, its crew members and people on board will be in pursuit of survivor. While facing death and in desperation, they will all hope for a miracle. And when the rescuer comes, the rescuer will be perceived as the miracle. Jesus had been there to be that miracle and is now inviting us to join Him to be a miracle. When he lift up the child in illustration of " If anyone wants to be first, he must be the very last, and the servant of all", he meant for us to be of service to the helpless. The lost needs help and we are called to a miracle for them. We are called to be the greatest(Mark 9:33-37). Please pray that the Crossroads will respond to that gracious call. May be respond without hesitation as "what is the commitment?" but with confident like What a privilege!"
Victorious Christian life: Students at the Crossroads continues to face severe temptation of the world, very often bombarded by the darts of power of darkness, in desperation of life. Once a while there would be a glimpse of hope but living without dreams and being surrounded by the need of the stomach and constant discouragement about the future, it would be an issue of how long such pursuit would last. Please PRAY that the Crossroads will be the true fountain of hope, peace and joy that students will press on for a Victorious Christian Life. May Jesus fill their emptiness and desolation as they undo their mistakes and all their past.
The Crossroads Church: For whoever is not against us is for us(Mk.9:40); If God is for us, who can be against us?(Rom.8:31). Lets intercede with such response.
1. May the Lord raise up faithful God-focus leaders to stand in the gap for the Lord;
2. Please pray for the Church outreach for Dec 07;
3. Please pray for His direction for year 2008 and we pray for harvest abundantly;
4. Please pray for the Church to be a blessing to all nations.
