Tournament officials also announced yesterday that Se Ri Pak has committed to play for what would be the first time since the tournament moved to Tartan Fields in 2002 from New Albany Country Club.
Pak, 28, whose stunning success on the tour in the late ¡¯90s inspired the Korean wave of talent that has since washed over the women¡¯s game, is making a comeback from the worst slump of her career. After winning 21 times in six years, she won once in the past two and last year did not finish among the top 100 money winners.
She won the LPGA Championship for the third time in June, however, and has finished in the top 10 in four of six events since to climb to 13 th on the tour money list.
