Before I become high school student, I usually had no problem in my life.
고등학교에 올라오기 전까지만 해도 나는 아무 걱정 없는 삶을 살고있었다.
but things got changed since I started high school study 1st year,
because of the my un_balanced life style got me constipation which is so bad.
그러나 고등학교 1학년이 되면서부터 불규칙한 생활 습관때문에
변비라는 몹쓸병이 생겼다.
I got bloating stomach and my facical color turned to yellow color,
around that time, pro-bitoic drink was on the air of the TV.
배는 아파오고 얼굴은 노래지고 있을때 쾌변이라는 발효유 광고가 tv를 통해 나오기 시작했다.
I cound't help my curiosity.
나는 호기심을 참지 못했다.
Instantly, I ran to the convient store to buy " nice bowl move "
그길로 바로 편의점에 달려가서 쾌변을 사가지고 왔다.
I don't feel any change in the beginning.
처음 이것을 마셨을때에는 아무 효과도 나타나지 않았다.
I drank it consistanly, with thought that I wouldn't lose any things for that.
밑져야 본전이라는 생각으로 꾸준히 마시기를 일쭈일째..
Eventually, I found the proper application for using this sort of drink.
나는 드디어 효과적인 음용 방법을 알게 되었다.
Trick is the drinking before go to bed!
바로 자기 전에 마시는것!
and so, I would started my fresh morning time.
그렇게 함으로써 아침을 상쾌하게 시작 할 수 있었다.
Eversince that, I have been kept drinking " good bowl move"
그 이후로 나는 지금까지 쾌변을 마시고 있다.
now on, it is so get used to with my body so far,
I don't feel so much about it.
but it gave me alots of help from emotional support.
이제는 내성이 생겨서 그런지 별 효과는 느끼지 못하지만 마시는 그 자체가 내겐 위안이 된다.
while ago, My dad asked me for
얼마전에 아빠가 내게 물으셨다.
my dear daughter, is that really helpful for u?
"딸아, 쾌변마시는게 정말 도움이 되긴 되는거니?
or you are drinking it because of it's taste.
맛있어서 마시는거 아냐?"
라고...
and so, I gave him an answer.
그래서 나는 대답했다
Dad, you would change your thought if you ever try to drink it.
"아빠, 드시면 생각이 달라지실걸요?"
that's ture,
사실 그렇다.
taking this for taste. it's ture.
맛있어서 먹는 다는것.. 그거 사실이다.
,무슨 상품 광고 같은데요.
요구르트 좋아하시나 봐요, 호주에도 죽같이 걸죽한 요구르트 많이 파는데, 맛있어요.
