서삼정목사님은 해군군목의 사역을 마치시고 1975 년 도미하여 76년에 본 아틀란타 제일장로교회를 설립, 지난 26년간 성실히 목양 하셔서 현재 동남부지역에서 가장 큰 교회중 하나로 성장시킨 은혜로운 목회자이시며 세계 곳곳에 성령의 불길을 일으킨 영향력 있는 복음전도자요 영성 세미나 강사이고 시인이시다.
그의 설교는 쉽고 단순하여서 누구나 이해할 수 있는 복음을 담고 있으며 가장 보수적이면서도 강력한 성령의 역사가 함께 하심을 느낄수 있다 뿐만 아니라 그 멧세지는 그의 따뜻한 가슴과 깊은 영성에서 우러나오기 때문에 늘 우리의 영혼 깊은 곳을 울리게 된다
